Dodge Cummins Injectors can be purchased from many suppliers that have this particular product. Some of the websites that one can order this product from include eBay and Injector Warehouse.
My best advice, born from owning quite a few Cummins' powered vehicles, is to take it to a Cummins mechanic. If the pressures through the fuel system gets out of sync you can burn up the injector pump and then not only are you replacing the injectors, the pump and the lift pump. Mucho donero...
Usually bad injector cups. Leaking fuel seals, fuel system restriction, and bad injectors are other possibilities.
The difference is in the injectors and engine computer. You can not tell by looking at the engine.

you open all the injector lines at the injectors . Then pump the fuel pump primer on the fuel pump . fuel will flow out one or more of the injector line , close the injector line and roll the engine over until the next injector start to flow fuel and so on , why are you having problems
Usually a sign of bad injector cups. Head cracking, bad fuel pump seals, faulty injectors, or fuel system restriction are other possibilities.
Engine is the same, injectors and computer are different.
On the back of the compressor.
bury your foot deeper
On a 2000 model the fuel system is self priming. But it you have change the injectors it can be a problem. On the exhaust side of the valve cover loosen any two injector lines (most easy to get to lines). Crank engine over and when it starts to fire tighten the lines back up.
i know with diesel engines if you run out of diesel, or change any part of your fuel line you will need to bleed your injectors to get it to run. you may have to bleed them all before it will run.
