metachromatic granules are polyphosphate granules found in Corynebacterium diphtheriae. They have the property of taking up a stain and exhibiting a different colour - metachromatia. thus they take up malachite green and appear dark blue in colour.
Mould staining can be wiped off by Concrobium Mold Stain Eraser.
Corynebacterium has metachromatic granuals.
Carbohydrate demonstration methods. Demonstrates Staining mechanisms and technical comments.
Each sugar granule has the mass (space) the granule occupies. Collectively, when in a 2kg bag of sugar, the mass is more obvious. Obviously, it would be difficult to measure a single granule (but not impossible).

there are two main type of white blood cell, granulocyte and agranulocyte.granulocyte are white blood cell that has granule in their cytoplasm and it is visible when staining....the most common granulocyte are neutrophil, which are one of the phagocyte.the granule aid in phagocytosis ..there are three main type of granules in the neutrophil.granule contain lysozyme. agranulocyte is white blood cell which do not have granule in their cytoplasm.exm are the lymphocyte, macrophage. ^^
The juvenile form of metachromatic leukodystrophy is characterized by gait disturbances, urinary incontinence, mental deterioration, and emotional difficulties
Metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD) is a rare degenerative neurological disease affecting the fatty covering that acts as an insulator around nerve fibers known as the myelin sheath.
Liver and kidney falure.
Adult metachromatic leukodystrophy is characterized by emotional disturbances and psychiatric symptoms. Disorders of movement and posture appear later. Dementia and decreased visual function also occur.
Just one salt granule can be irritating if you lie on it in bed.
Metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD), also called sulfatide lipidosis and arylsulfatase A (ARSA) deficiency, is inherited as an autosomal recessive trait, due to mutations in the arylsulfatase A (ARSA) gene
Granule
Metachromatic granules (volutin) are not made by staphylococcus.
