This can be a lot of things.... a universal can have broken bearings, it could be wheel bearings. You have to try and see what parts are making the noise to fix it. Try putting the vehicle on jack stands and moving the parts in question to find the problem.
Plug might be cracked .And might be arching
In the first stage you may hear a rotating squeak when accelerating. As the joint deteriorates you may hear clinking and snapping sounds when putting vehicle in drive and accelerating, then you may also feel vibrations at certain speeds. The last sound you will hear is when the driveshaft falls off in the road.
What kind of howling? Or is it a whining? Where does it sound like it's coming from.
I would check the u-joints on the drive shaft, they could be going out. Good Luck and Remember.Change Your Mind, Not Your Oil.Use the First In Synthetic Motor Oil's.See My Bio For more information.
Check all engine drive belts. Sounds like one of them is slipping.
That is when all your wheels are accelerating.
I believe the 325 is configured in either a rear wheel drive or a 4 wheel drive version. If it's rear wheel drive, it sounds like you might have a problem with one of the "U" joints.
A clunking noise when shifting gears on a K1500 automatic transmission, might mean a problem with the drive axle or drive shaft. Check all U-Joints to make sure they are working properly.
Drive shaft is going out
For the Overdrive team, the five primary Rangers have weapons called the Drive Defender which have a Blaster Mode and a Sword Mode, the five Rangers have individual weapons; the Black Ranger has the Drive Slammer, Pink Ranger has the Drive Geyser, the Blue Ranger has the Drive Vortex, the Yellow Ranger has the Drive Claws and the Red Ranger has the Drive Lance and the Mercury Ranger has the Drive Detector which has 3 modes; a Lance Mode, a Blaster Mode and a detector mode.
Sounds like wheel bearing, (possibly drive axle if FW drive).
It could be something as simple as a bad fuse
