'New elements' are considered to be elements that have not been 'discovered' or given an official name and abbreviation. The only possibility of new elements forming is artificially, by bombarding heavy radioactive atoms with alpha particles, protons and sometimes neutrons. However, any 'new element' would have an extremely short half life, because we have already done this process during the 20th century, which is how we discovered the elements past Uranium (element 92).
Scientists make synthetic elements by forcing nuclear particles to crash into one another.
The chemical elements (excepting H, He, Li, Be) are formed by stellar nucleosynthesis.
New elements are obtained only by nuclear reactions.
Usually by crashing existing atomic nuclei together, at high energies.

Compounds are formed from elements.
Fusion or Nuclear Fusion
Elements that are formed in cool stars are heavy but not heavier than iron. (Elements that are heavier than iron are formed in a supernova.)
No, mitosis does not occur in the phloem. Mitosis is the process of cell division, and in the phloem, specialized cells called sieve elements are responsible for transporting sugars. These sieve elements are formed via a process called differentiation, not mitosis.

by the process of nuclear fusion
Heavier elements are formed from hydrogen, the most abundant element in the universe, through a process called nuclear fusion. There are machines or structures in the universe that do this, and we call them stars. It is the process within stars, stellar nucleosynthesis, that allows heavier elements to be created up through iron. Elements heavier than iron are formed in supernova events. Absolute dating relies on radioactive decay of elements in a rock. When an igneous rock is formed it may contain elements that are a mixture.
As many other elements (excepting H, He, Li, Be) uranium is formed by stellar nucleosynthesis.
Of the formed elements in blood, only the white blood cells have chromosomes. Platelets are cell fragments, not cells, and red blood cells lose their chromosome-containing nuclei during the maturation process.
It is said that when sun dies from hydrogen to iron elements are formed and when busted spread in space .the other elements are formed by chemical reaction by these elements
The process where an element turns to another is radioactive decay, and exposure to radioactivity is dangerous.
Erosion. Exposed to elements such as wind and water, rocks can start to erode away.
