There is no one right answer for this question, it all depends on the individual's characteristics, work history, and skills set. When someone asks that question you should:
1) have researched the company well enough to know what they are looking for and be able to fit your skills set into an answer -- or use the position description you received (If you cannot find it online, then call and ask for one)
2) Never say, "I don't know."
3) Be prepared to summarize your skills and abilities and relate them to the position for which you are interviewing,
4) Be upbeat! Interviewers want to hear the positives from you --
-how you will fit well in their company's environment,
-how you have wanted to work for this person and now you have the
correct skill set to do so.
