The headlights do not have an external fuse. The underhood computer (FCM) has internal fusing for the headlights.
You can find these headlights online, but aftermarket headlights still will cost you a pretty penny, if your grand prix has plastic headlights and it is just a matter of discoloration this could easily be fixed. I was looking at the 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis Owner Guide and it shows that you can change each of the ( 4 light bulbs for the 2 low beam and the 2 high beam headlights ) ( the low beam headlights take bulb # 9006 ) ( the high beam headlights take bulb # 9005 )
