Good night (using two words) is the proper form. However, good-night (hyphenated) can also be correct in the proper context. Example: -A farewell or leave-taking: He said his good-nights before leaving the party. -Compare this to actual farewell address: He said good night before leaving the party. The confusion is generally with good-night and goodnight because both are correct. When using it as a salutation, good night (two words) is always correct; however, in other context as in the example above you have a choice between leaving it one word or hyphenating it.
It probably depends on where you work. In some work environments, such as one in which you have little contact verbally with others, your grammar might not be an issue to the others. But if you are working in a job in which you would want to make a good impression with your speech, then good grammar would be more important. Of course the attitude of your boss toward grammar would be important too. If he or she thinks proper grammar is important for your job, perhaps you should also. Depending on the kind of work you do it can become important. The more information you have to communicate within the company the more important grammar becomes. It can be a good indicator of how educated you are. The more educated you are the more is expected of you and therefore the better grammar you have to have.
Good morning and good night are two separate words.
When you directly translate something it does not always make sense, where as when you translate something with the proper grammar it will be easily understandable and most languages have variations of grammar.
Good Afternoon/morning _______,

good manners and proper grammar are a must

Use proper grammar
When writing correspondence, start with a clear and concise subject line to grab the reader's attention. Follow this with a polite greeting or salutation, and then proceed to introduce yourself and the purpose of the communication. Be sure to maintain a professional tone throughout and use proper grammar and formatting.
* You can say good morning to anyone you please and it's a pleasant salutation and that would be up to just before 12:00 Noon.
Because 'work' is a verb, an adverb - well - is necessary. 'Work well' would be proper grammar.
If you don't use proper grammar, others may dismiss you as uneducated and/or stupid. Good grammar makes a good impression, especially during job interviews and such.

Sir good morning is a greeting. This greeting is specific for a male person (sir = male) and probably for someone who is older than you or someone who is your employer. However this is not standard English, the greeting should be - Good morning Sir.
Literally, Good is "Marayaw", and Morning is "Mahinaat" if we say it in a sentence Marayaw in Mahinaat. But the Tau Sug aren't use to say "Marayaw in Mahinaat". They rather prefer the Islamic salutation " Assalamu Alaykum" than saying "Good Morning" among themselves.
