We do not receive communion. Sometimes on special occasions, like Easter, they give the adults wine, but I do not know if that is for every church.
I do not think this is the same for every church. Most churches do receive communion on a weekly or monthly basis.
In the Baptist Church, Communion is served by Elders. They distribute the Bread as wafers and small cups of Grape Juice as wine, and then a prayer is said and everyone takes communion at the same time.

No. Baptist ministers do not undergo Holy Orders, because the process is not regarded as a Sacrament in the Baptist church. Pastors are chosen directly by the church they wish to serve at.
Yes, a woman can serve Communion.
That is based on an agreement between the pastor and the church, many Baptist pastors serve in small churches and don't make much, some are even part time. Some who serve in larger churches can make 6 figures or more.
Short answer, yes. Church, in any legitimate form, is never bad to attend, but it depends on your religion if you're questioning if it's looked down upon.
A prayer either led by the clergy or a lay person asked by the pastor at the end of the service is the benediction in a baptist church. It should include a thank you to God for being with the congregation during the worship service and a request to lead, guide and direct the congregation when they depart to serve the Lord.

Most definately. The United Methodist individual churches are members of a conference within a geographical area. In that way, they pool their resources together to fund programes vital to the national church. The Baptist churches are autonomous and have little relationship to the Southern Baptist Convention. In the United Methodist CHurch, the Bishop of the Conference decides you will serve as pastor for the individual church. This connection derives from its Anglican heritage.
