What is the purpose of negotiation?
Two or more parties are involved in a certain issue, all have different points of view and solutions to their own problems, when the parties negotiate all of their positions to get to a common final decision that all agree on and benefit from in one way or another, meeting over.
Negotiation occupies conversation between two or many parties with the intention of reaching a perceptive while promoting interests and attaining cooperation. There are quite a few situations when a negotiation is carried out in an organization in stages such as at the time of recruitment wages negotiation, negotiations with unions regarding employment requests, resolving employee conflicts, etc.
A negotiation is any manner in which two or more parties deal with a conflict. An advocate is someone who assists an interested party in dealing with negotiations. so basically a negotiation is attempting to resolve a conflict and advocacy is helping a particular side or party in that process of resolving a conflict.
