To make the car move
try following the throttle cable from your cars firewall.
the tps is in differant places on cars and trucks, but most are on side of throttle body at throttle plate.
The purpose of antifreeze in cars is to keep the engine from freezing in cold weather.
A throttle is the controls and mechanism that controls the flow of fuel and the fuel/air mixture into the engine. The throttle would be a part of the fuel controls on top of the engine of most cars.
Mobility
The purpose of turbo Volvo cars are to allow faster altered driving. They are typically more expensive than regular cars, since they are modified cars.
they restrict the amount of air and fuel going into the engine
On all cars it is located on the throttle plate. That is where the air intake and throttle linkage are located.
The throttle cable goes from the 'gas' pedal to the carburetor or throttle body to control the speed of the engine. On cars the brake cable goes to the emergency brake, on some motorcycles the brake cable goes to the brakes. (The main brakes for cars and some motorcycles are hydraulically operated, not by a cable.)
No. Not in today's cars. All new cars are MFI, multi point fuel injection. These spacers may have some effect in older cars which utuilize TBI, throttle body injection, where the fuel is mixed before the throttle body. Simply put, it has been documented and proven that these spacers have little to no effect on new engines. You would be lucky to see a 2hp improvement. If horsepower could be so easily manipulated by the shape or size of the throttle body, the manufacturer would have made it into their design.
The throttle manages the flow of fluid or gasses by constriction or obstruction. By constricting the flow it determines the engine's power outlet. The throttle body is part of the air intake system.
