There are also many courses that will offer some training at the undergraduate level that employers might be willing to accept. Experience is the best asset for this position and is essential for career advancement into management.

Employee relations officers require a wide variety of interpersonal skills. Excellent personal, written and oral skills are essential to be effective in many of duties of this career. However, most employees in this field report a high level of job satisfaction.
