It depends on the horse.
It means that the horse has the correct qualities needed to be a harness horse.
Well that depends on the quality of the horse and how much training it has. If its like a Olympic horse it will be expensive
You don't typically buy a horse from a vet. But that being said the price of the horse should already be set and reflect the quality of the horse.
I think that it t he quality is important because if the quality isn't good it could get very sick and it would be your responsibility to take it to the vet and you would have to pay thousands of dollars to buy treatment . So that's why I think that you should get a quality horse.
Depends on how good you are & how spirited the horse is usely u want a horse with little spirit but if u want to race than its best to have a spirited horse for speed.
The amount of feed that should be given to a pastured horse will vary from horse to horse. Some horses may not require anything if the pasture quality is really good or if the horse is not in work or an easy keeper. However if the pasture is not of good quality then the horses may need at least supplemental hay and possibly a hard feed if the horse is a hard keeper or in moderate or higher work.
The essential factors of a horse's fitness and form are work, rest, and abundant quality food .
If you buy good quality horse tack, between 200 and 2 or 3 thousand dollars.
dont feed your horse cheap food, it is bad quality and may lead to problems.

As a horse show judge, first quality I looked for was quality. Was the horse put together in a sound manner. Would the horse be useful for the vast majority of it's life. Are the leggs built in a manner that would remain sound after rigorous training. Breed quality is also important. Does the horse meet breed standards? Would the horse also perform in what I or a client was hoping or expecting. Temperament is also very important and the suitability to the rider or driver. To give a simple answer to a very complex question would be deceptive. Knowing what someone wants a horse for would help clarify the answer to this question.
Performance Horse Supply or PHS. It is a little pricey, but they have a used section. They have very good quality items.
