What is the quickest way to master all of the skills in Sims 3?

If you have Late Night installed, go onto that. Activate 'testingcheatsenabled true' in the cheat box ( press CTRL + SHIFT + C to open ). Shift-click your mailbox and select 'Make Me Know Everyone' then shift-click the mailbox again and select 'Make Needs Static'. Then, go to your relationships tab and find the first vampire ( they have a glowing red box ). Drag the relationship bar to the right all the way. Invite them over. If they are unavailable, try with another vampire ( make sure you are best friends ).
When they arrive, ask to be turned. You should get bitten. Now, create a room with no windows and no doors with all the skill equipment; guitar, stove, Chess table, athletic machines, bookshelf, easel, mirror, etc. Then teleport your Sim into that room ( shift-click ground ). Start learning the guitar. Set the game speed as 4 and wait. Keep playing the guitar and don't stop. Once you are a vampire, you will learn skills faster. Stay in the room and keep learning skills until all are mastered. If you don't want to continue being a vampire, go to the science lab and you can be human again for $3000 ( if you are poor just use 'motherlode' ).
The other option is that if you don't have Late Night just do the same but you won't be a vampire.
You will still have to go out and learn fishing, and some others but that is the easiest way.
