uhh I think you mean a hydrogen oxygen atom as hydrogen and oxygen are not cells. it is a compound (a compound is an atom made up of two different atoms) made up of... guess what? In short though the correct term in the current situation i think you would be looking for the term hydrogen, oxygen fuel cell. it's a fuel cell in general. i would recommend further studying it.
