You can call a GM dealer and give them the vin# and they will tell you if it is factory.
Im pretty sure it 4.10:1
Rear end ratio: 2.82
i believe it would be 3.11
Yes, as long as it is the same gear ratio.
All you need to do is write the VIN# down and call a GM dealer and ask for parts. Tell them you would like to know the gear ratio in you truck, and that you have the VIN# Thay will tell you what it is.
need the code off rear or find RPO code inside glove compartment
the rear end is prob 3:42 limited slip rear end
what is the rear end gear ratio on a 4800lb tow rating on a 2006 ford f-150 triton 5.4 litre 4x4 truck
Depends on each individual truck. Look in your glovebox....there is a label from the factory with parts codes on it. The one with G refers to your gear ratio/ ring & pinion. GQ1 -- AXLE REAR, STD RATIO GT4 -- AXLE REAR, 3.73 RATIO GT5 -- AXLE REAR, 4.10 RATIO GU4 -- AXLE REAR, 3.08 RATIO GU5 -- AXLE REAR, 3.23 RATIO GU6 -- AXLE REAR, 3.42 RATIO G80 -- AXLE REAR, LIMITED SLIP (POSITRACTION)
it is a gear ratio 3:73 rear end limited slip
it will be the same as the rear diff
3:73 with 4:10 as option
