Wales have left-side traffic and right side steering.
The fusebox is located on the right hand side below the steering wheel and a bit to the right. On British cars with the wheel on the left side of the car it can be found in the same position on the left hand side of the car

Because in India they drive on the left not on the right as we do in the U.S. This comes from the fact that India was a former British colony and in Great Britain they drive on the left. If you drive on the left the steering wheel will be fitted on the left.

You use the knob on the left side of the steering column. It has 2 settings; manual and auto. It has 2 functions; tilt and telescope. If your question is why doesn't it hold the set position when in "auto", it is because the computer will lose the "position setting memory" over time. You can have it re-flashed but the problem may return without reason within 12 months.
