Fireman McNulty's Four-Alarm Chicken serves 6-8 4 cups cut-up boneless chicken breasts 2 cups celery, thinly sliced 1/4 cup each chopped green and red pepper 2 tsps. lemon juice 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce 1 cup bread crumbs 1 tbls. melted butter 1 cup grated cheddar cheese **optional** For a spicier dish, add 1 1/2 tbls Worchestershire Sauce and 1 tsp Tabasco Combine all ingredients except the bread crumbs, butter and cheese. Pour into a baking dish. Top w/ cheese. Toss the breadcrumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. ENJOY!
