4 oz Hypnotic liquer
2 oz Malibu (coconut) rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice (I only use one though).
for extra flavor and beautiful coloring use about 1/2 to 3/4 oz of orange liquer. Beautiful and yummmy!
add ice, shake, and drain into martini glass garnished with sugar and an orange peel (if U want something extra pretty)
Cheers!
If you want to see the director of beverages from Bonefish Grill make this cocktail, which is totally different from this recipe, go to YouTube and search for it. (The bartender at the restaurant also told me they use a spicy mango syrup that isn't mentioned in the video.)
1. In a pint glass muddle one slice mango, and one orange wedge(Also we add a couple pumps of mango syrup)
2. Add 1/2 ounce oj, and 1/2 oz sour mix
3. Add two oz. of your favorite citrus vodka (technically 1.5, but this is for home right?)
4. Some bartenders add 1/2 oz. triple sec, some don't. Recipe doesn't call for it
5. Combine all this in a shaker tin w/ ice.
6. Shake 20 times
7. Strain and pour
8a. (Optional) top w/ splash soda
8b. Garnish with orange peel
This isn't the corporate recipe verbatim, it's probably better!

I have tried to find the origin of this recipe, but every old cookbook I can find tells the same story: The recipe for potato candy was passed down from one generation to another. Potatoes were brought to the Americas with European settlers, so it makes sense to believe that potato candy's origins may lie across the ocean.
