No-Bake cookies are easy and the first cookies I ever made at about 8 years of age.
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
Waxed paper
Directions
In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil, the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk.
Caution: Be careful at this point as the mix is very hot and can burn your skin.
Let boil for 1 minute then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. On a sheet of waxed paper, drop mixture by the teaspoonfuls, until cooled and hardened.
If you are in a hurry, placing them in a freezer will speed up the cooling process.

Although the secret to the recipe for Milles Cookies is a company secret (the cookies are delivered in-store in frozen batches), it appears that the secret to a chewy-cookie is to use both brown and caster sugar in your recipe. A recipe using oil or melted butter will also make chewy cookies.

Peppermint cookies are a fairly simple recipe. To add a taste of peppermint to cookies, all one needs to do is add some crushed peppermint candy to a standard sugar cookie recipe. The cookies will come out minty as a result.
It depends on the recipe. There are recipes for pumpkin drop cookies, and there are other recipes in which the cookies are rolled and cut with cookie cutters.
