The dealer service manual says 60,000 miles. But, on the Diamante forum there are cars with 180,000 miles on the original belt. Sounds scary! This is a "interference" engine. This means that if the belt breaks, the valves hit the pistons and cost a lot!!!

You prolly need to replace brakes and rotors. Another possibility may be that you need an alignment as well.
The filter is on the top of the transmission under the hood and unscrew just like an oil filter

Replace it every 75,000 miles.
there is a kit thaht you could buy to fix the brake caliper but is beter to replace it and beter if you replace the both
