Brand is purely a matter of opinion and everyone can tell you why they like one oil over another. The Ford brand of oil is Motorcraft. Use any name brand oil.....just stay with the recommended weight rating for your engine. It's probably 5w-20.

You have a brand new car and it came with an owner's manual. Open that manual and it will list the recommended oil weight.
Stick with the weight recommended by Nissan but switch to a High Mileage oil in that weight. Any major brand of your choice.
