Looks like this application has two different engine sizes a 2.4L and 2.7. Seems they both use a 40 Weight oil. Either 5W40 or 10W40. If you live in a area of extreme cold I would recommend a 5W-40 Oil.
Ive heard a few different answers. Depends on if your including accessories, but 315-340 lbs seems to be in the ball park
it seems like the problem is with your engine piston rings not expanding resulting poor compression and loss of power. it reveals an engine problem and complete overhauling is recommended if affordable otherwise only rings can be installed from best mechanic of town.

it is located on the right side (passenger side) of the engine on the 3.3 v6 it is out in the open and relatively easy to replace. However, on the 3.0 v6 you have to dismantle what seems like half of the engine to get at it; not a job recommended for the faint of heart
