No, they are different. Sufism is an Islamic tradition of religious mysticism, beginning in the first centuries of Islam, while the Bahai Faith is a religion, founded in Iran in the 19th century. There are wikipedia pages for both of them. Having said that, Sufism and Bahai mysticism, and Christian mysticism, and Jewish mysticism, have a lot in common. Mysticism is a "common place" where the religions meet, at least to some degree
Mysticism and Tasawwuf (Sufism) share similarities but are not identical. Mysticism is a broader term that refers to the pursuit of spiritual experiences and direct encounters with the divine, while Tasawwuf specifically refers to the Islamic mystical tradition that focuses on seeking intimacy with God, self-purification, and achieving higher spiritual states. Tasawwuf is deeply rooted in Islamic beliefs and practices.
I would imagine you're referring to Sufism.

Sufism is mysticism whereas Sunni and Shiite are orthopractical orthodoxies. It is hard to exactly explain what this means, but probably the best way to imagine it would be that Sufism is like poetry whereas Sunni or Shiite are like instruction manuals. Sufism doesn't have exact rules, is more about emotion than procedure, makes every syllable and motion count, etc. Sunni and Shiite are about form, regimentation, rules, study, and devotion. They are both roads to God through Islam.
"Sufism" is the correct term for the mystical tradition of Islam.
This is a question asking for opinion rather than fact and therefore cannot be answered. Sufism (a mystical form of Islam) is only more realistic than other religions to those who practice sufism. To a Christian, Christianity is more realistic; to a Taoist, their religion is more realistic.
