Milliliters are a measure of volume. Grams are a measure of mass .
To go from milliliters to grams and vice versa, you must know the density of the material -- otherwise there is no way to go from units of volume to units of mass. Some useful facts about milliliters:
1 mL = 1 cm3
1000 milliliter = 1 liter

So useful facts about grams:

1 g = 1000 kilograms
A milliliter is a measure of volume and a gram is a measure of weight. The relationship could be that the density of water is one gram per milliliter.

A gram and a litre are units of two separate measurements. Grams are a measure of mass, whereas litres are a measure of volume, so a litre of aluminum will weigh fewer grams than a litre of gold.

There is an indirect relationship between them, and that is that any material's net mass will increase with it's volume. The units themselves though, are not related.

There is no definitive answer to this question. Gram is a measure of weight and milliliter is a measure of volume. How much a milliliter weighs or how much volume a gram will have depends upon the specific gravity of the material being measured.
