Engineering is applied Science and technology. Engineers use different kinds of science (chemistry, physics, Biology) and apply them to accomplish something.

Here are some examples.

Chemistry~ Chemists learned that a material's property (such as metal) can be changed by adding different materials. For example melting copper together with tin makes bronze. By adding the tin and copper in different amounts they will get a weaker or stronger bronze. Chemists also learned that bronze is corrosion resistant (resists rusting)

Engineers then use that base knowledge. For example engineers will make pipes or an underwater device from bronze because they know it resists rust. They will pick what kind of bronze they need based on how strong that part needs to be.

Hope that answered your question.

Consider having some wood and nails and a hammer, the hammer is the maths...

(which is a science on its own, think in successively more capable hammers being found). If you blow the hammer on the wood and see it deform, drive a nail through it and see if it splits and when it splits, that is science, you understand the nature of what you have at hand. Engineering is calculation wise finding a way to make a table that will withstand someone jumping on it. And finally technology is the know how and procedure involved in building the table, ie. how to fix the table top and the leg prior to hammering and what to do in order to make the nail not slip around while trying to hammer it.

If you try to find other examples to this you will see after a while it mixes up a bit,

because the boundries are elusive, people go on with an all-out attack approach to find or do something useful so they are not really interested in compertmentalizing the effort and specifically prohibiting themselves from other aspects just mentioned.

What is the relation of science and technology to UFOs?

There is a very direct relationship between science and technology in the design and engineering of powered flying craft (unlike baseballs, kites, etc.). Without science and technology, heavier than air machines would not fly.

What is the difference between Safety Engineering Technology and Safety Engineering Science?

There may not be any science involved in engineering as it is a process of detailing based on available/validated science. engineering design is purely mathematical calculations and drawings as per scale after desdigning.
