The Hebrew Bible is the Old Testament but not ordered the same way as the Old Testament. The Christian Bible includes the New Testament as well as the Old Testament.

Another answer:

There is no terminology within the inspired Scriptures of God that differentiates between them as being: "Hebrew" or "Christian" scriptures... much less, carrying the modern label; BIBLE.

These are terms of carnal minded men that keep people separated and ever-conscious of differences of opinion between carnal minded men.

The inpired, specially revealed Words of God are GOD'S WORDS... not the words of "Hebrew" men or "Christian" men.

Paul, whom many regard as being a "Christian", and for whom most of the New Testament is credited, writes:

"...They say they are Hebrews, do they? SO AM I. And they say they are Israelites? SO AM I. And they are descendants of Abraham? SO AM I. They say they serve Christ? I know I sound like a madman, but I SERVE HIM FAR MORE! I have worked harder, been put in jail more often, been whipped times without number, and faced death again and again...

"Then, besides all this, I have the daily burden of HOW THE CHURCHES ARE GETTING ALONG." (II Cor.11:22-28 NLT New Living Translation)

The thread of "relationship" that's woven throughout ALL THE SCRIPTURES, is that that THEY ALL POINT TO CHRIST! Paul's inspired writings are more obvious to most in this regard... but as for what's termed the "Old Testament" by most and the "Hebrew Bible" by others is... the Hebrew and Jew named Jesus Christ tells us:

"...EVERYTHING WRITTEN ABOUT ME BY MOSES and the PROPHETS and in the PSALMS must all come True." (Luke 24:44 NLT)

And Christ told His Hebrew countrymen: "You search the Scriptures [which was at that time, the "Hebrew Bible"] because you believe they give you Eternal Life. But THE SCRIPTURES POINT TO ME! Yet you refuse to come to Me so that I can give you this Eternal Life." (John 5:39-40 NLT)

Is the Hebrew Bible the same as the order of English Bible?

There is no such thing as "the English Bible." The There is only a Hebrew Bible, which can be translated into any language, including English. The order of the Books of the Hebrew bible has nothing to do with what language it's translated into. It has more to do with whether it's a Christian Translation or a Jewish Translation. Jewish Translations preserve the original order of the Hebrew Bible. Christian translations usually use a different order, created by the early Church around the 2nd Century of the common era.
