Yes. Or a 5861 which is the plug number to replace RJ19LM, J19LM, RJ17LM, J17LM, RJ19LMC, RJ2YLE, 799876, or RJ2YXLE, SOURCE- I work at Pepboys and it says directly on the package.
Rj19lm
The replacement plug for Champion RJ2YLE would be B&S 799876. This spark plug should have a gap of .020. This type of plug should not be used though with Quantum series 625, 675 and 725 or any L-head engine.
The replacement is a Champion CJ-8
Mine has original plug, it is a: Champion # CJ8Y
Throw any RJ2YXLE away that you come across and install a RJ19LM. Problem solved. I work for a company that sells briggs products and we have replaced, literally, hundreds of these this season. It's a horrible design. There are a few other plugs that will work as well, ( RJ19HX for example ) are more money, but you can rely on a good old RJ19LM to get the job done. Hope this helps.
This plug is the Champion RCJ7Y.
Champion RCJ6Y
The replacement part number is 753-05784. You can also use a Champion RDZ4H spark plug. The correct gap is .025 inches.
