Nowadays it is very difficult for Afghans to get a M'sian visa holding any type of passport. But in order to get an approval from M'sia's government you need to get an admission from any university or educational institute and consequently get the approval letter from Immigration M'sia which will be done by the institute itself. By having that approval letter you can go to any nearby Embassy of M'sia and get your one month single entry visa to enter M'sia.
