It depends on how big you water dragon is...
A baby would need a 29 gal tank atleast...and adult needs a custom built tank because you really cannot buy one that's big enough...
My water dragon has a cage that's 3 feet wide, 4 feet tall and 3 feet deep....
They not only need lenght to run with, but they LOVE to climb, so they need height too...
A 55 gal tank is a good lenght but it gives them no where to climb...
I know many people who get shower setup's full shower that you can buy from Home Depot's their full grown dragon's need A LOT of space...
If you are thinking about getting a dragon and can't make it/buy it a large enough tank...then you may want to reconsider...
If you are willing to build a cage big enough but cannot do it for a year or so, then get a 29 gal tank and get a baby..
hope that helps
A 55 gallon aquarium should be the smallest size tank you would consider using for an adult bearded dragon.
Ten gal is OK for now but as it gets bigger your gonna want a bigger tank of course.
A person can use a tank for an African land snail for their bearded dragon. After an extended period of time, a person may be required to upgrade the tank depending on the size of the lizard.
They puff up because they are stressed out. The best thing to do is let him destress by himself, then hold him for about 10 minutes to calm him down. If he opens his beard, that is another sign of stress, or if there's a female in the tank, it's a sign of "sexiness"
Depending on the size and age of your beardie. For a baby it can be housed in as small as a 10 gallon fish tank For an adult no less then a 40 gallon fish tank
First you need to know the size of your dragon for some can be as big as a mountain. And they dont live in water, for the are the type that fly.
Yes as long as your beardie has a proper sized enclosure and the temps are right
Yes, two males in the same tank is bound to be upsetting and stressful to your beardie especially if they are not the same size. They are very territorial and get threatened easily. Having same sized babies and females in the same tank poses less of an issue.
yes they can be in the same tank
