Actually , people with brown eyes can wear any color they want ! There are more suitable eye shades for different eye colours , but any color goes with brown eyes !
* Blue: Rich warm browns, warm taupes and soft peaches * Green and Hazel: Golden browns, warm taupes, deep purples, soft peaches and soft violets. * Grey: Charcoal, cool brown and purple. * Brown: soft pinks and blues
There are so many eyeshadow colors out there but only three skin shades: Fair, Medium, and dark. Each of these shades go well with certain type of eyeshadow colors. For fair skins, it would be wise to apply light pastel colors on the eyelids. Light eyeshadows complement the fair skin and brighten up the eyes. Try to avoid dark eyeshadow colors like black. If you must go for a smokey look, try a dark brown shade instead.
Now go experiment! :)
opposites bring out your eyes: use blues and purples you will look GORGEOUS!!!
Try Earthy greens, purples or blues.

Get a couple different brands, see which ones are more comfortable to use and which ones dont make you break out or anything :) But yes, it is ok to wear eyeshadow when you have sensitive skin
It's a little piece of paper with eyeshadow deposited on it. You put the paper against your closed eyelid, rub it, and the makeup transfers to your skin.
i think that fair skin can be defiened as The skin that is loking smiling
Purple would look better.
I may not be a fashion guru, but try teal eyeshadow and lipstick with blush the color of your skin tone.
