Answer#1 All conditional things are impermanent and therefore resulting 'suffering'. The Buddha's Path for the complete elimination of craving is known as the Noble Eithfold Path, which is the path leading to the cessation of Suffering by our own effort without any divine aid. The aim of the Noble Eighfold Path is to enable one to rid oneself of craving. Craving, which is manifested by greed or hate as a result of delusion or ignorance. The eradication of craving means the attainment of Nibbana which is the end of birth, decay and death, and all that is suffering due to impermanence. Other than the four abstract elements of earth, water , fire and air which are permanent in this cosmos, the others are time, space and nibbana. Nibbana is a permanent stage of energy and can be achieved by one's own effort. It has been mentioned that there are 84,000 paths leading to Nibbana just like there are 84,000 types of vehicles to reach, say, New York or Las Vegas but the Path leading to it will always include the essence of the Eightfold Path. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
