The ancient gods were not superheroes or from D&D. They didn't have "powers" and "weaknesses". They were representations of primordial forces, or intangible emotions.

If Saturn (Kronos) had a weakness, it was hubris and greed. He didn't want to give up his power, so he devoured his own children. He wasn't allergic to cauliflower or anything silly like that.
