What is the rules in Riyadh?

Restrictions are the same as in most of countries, but the penalties are very tough. The most important restrictions which usually has issues to follow for some of the non Muslims:

1. Alcohol drinking is not allowed at all (indoor/outdoor).
2. Pork (trading/eating).
3. Pornography (Trading/viewing).
4. Usury is forbidden.
5. Illegal relations (men & women relations/homosexuality)
6. Kissing a women in public (other than family members sister, daughter or mother)
7. Shops are not allowed to officially open during prayer times (about 2.5 hours per day) except for serious emergencies.
8. Modest clothing is not optional. For men, from the navel to the knee should be covered. for women, the face is allowed to appear for non Saudi women, but for Saudi women, it should be all covered up.
9. Eating in public day-time in the holy month of Ramadan.

Other things are common in most countries like

1. Intentional killing (penalty is Execution)
2. Assaulting any person in any way
3. Stealing (Penalty for serious conditions is cutting off the right hand)
4. Cheating, defrauding, etc..
5. Gambling
