If you go to the follow military website (set-up by the gov.), and put in the O3 grade, which is an officer's grade, you will see that the salary reaches well into the 80k region with only a few yrs. of experience.

ur basic pay is 15600+5400=21000

DA on 21000+ transport allowance depends on the category of city you are working+DA on transport allowance+400 kit maintenance allowance= your gross salary hardly 32000-36000 depends on your senority.

cuttings -- 4000 for NGIS, 3000 for contributory pension and 3000 income tax.

so in hand you will get 23K-26K till 3-5 years, that means till next rank.

NO MSP AND TECHNICAL PAY AND RANK PAY TILL DY.COMMANDANT.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UR SALARY AND NAVAL SALARY IS MINIMUM 15K-20K DEPENDS ON RANK.

That depends on rank and corresponding pay grade (for civilian employees, it's GS rating), time in service, number of dependents, and any other additional allowances they're entitled to. The base pay for each pay grade is the same throughout all branches of the armed forces.
