I am sure many of the scientific names for fish have flowers or floral mentions in their scientific names. I suspect you are seeking a fish with the word "flower" in its name, so I say to you: The Flower Horn Fish: These beautiful hybrid fish are result of cross breeding various Cichlasoma species such as C. trimaculatus, C. festae, the Jingang Blood Parrot, and perhaps other species too. The best quality Flower Horn Fish have been produced by fish breeders that are eager to produce the best show quality fish. The Flower Horn Fish has gone through several generations of selective cross breeding to capture the best characteristics of various different species. Most breeders are striving to produce Flower Horn Fish with bigger nuchal hump on the forehead, better coloration, bolder black marking on the body (which at times resembles Chinese characters), more elegant fins, and wider body. But neither chemicals or genetic engineering have been used so far to improve on the traits or characteristics of the Flower Horn.
The scientific name for the Amethyst flower is Browallia speciosa.

My immediate response is to say destroy the abomination. These are not fish of nature. They were bred/developed by scientists in a laboratory and should not be in existance. The people who decide on the scientific classification of fish and give them their scientific names (the Taxonomists) have refused point blank to accept them as a species, and so they are a fish with no "scientific" classification or name. Look after them as you would large Amazonian Cichlids. One fish needs at least 15 gallons of water.
The scientific name for the Orange cosmos flower is Cosmos sulphureus.
The scientific name for the camellia flower is Camellia japonica.
The scientific name for the Viola flower is Viola.
The scientific name of Choli Flower is Adenium obesum.
The scientific name for the Larkspur flower is Delphinium.
