The Instrumentation Technology, being an inter-disciplinary branch of engineering, is heading towards development of new & intelligent sensors, smart transducers, MEMS Technology, Blue tooth Technology. The automation systems in the production are rapidly being enhanced and the demand for highly skilled instrumentation engineers is on the rise. In the instrumentation systems manufacturing sector, the demand for well trained process control engineering graduates is always present. This BE (IT) course provides Instrumentation students with sound theoretical & practical training in the operation and design of electronic instruments, digital logic systems, and computer based automatic process control & instrumentation, & automatic control system design, etc. To meet the industrial requirements of future, students are also made to become well versed with personal computer applications in Instrumentation, Process Control Systems Design, PLCs, DSP Architecture & Design, Microprocessors and Microcontroller System Design & Experimentation, Industrial Electronics & Applications.
In the Present era AEI (applied Electronics and Instrumentation) has a great opportunity for jobs. Though it is a new moulded subject, the demand is very High. Mostly the jobs are from Abroad mainly Oil sector companies.
There is a lot of scope for Applied Electronics And Instrumentation, after completion of the course one can easily get a job in steel, power or oil and gas sector. But one has to be careful in choosing the institute in which one is going to pursue the course.
Electronics & communication engg (ECE) is a department which contains basic & advanced electronics subjects and also communication subjects (like tv, radio, phone, computer, etc ) Electronics & Instrumentation Engg (EIE) is also a another engineering department which contains the same subjects of basic & advanced electronics and also electronic instruments basic & advanced (like CRO,transducers, all kinds of meters , gauges ,etc)
yes
offcourse, there is scope in nhpc
texas instrument
Applied electronics is a field that includes computer analysis and digital logic. Graduates of Applied Electronics Engineering are qualified to work as field support engineers, security specialists, project engineers and may other professions.
Applied Electronics and Instrumentation are subjects for applied engineering. It is a combination of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. The course has a great scope and is offered by many universities.
i am a b.techstudent ,my branch is applied electronics & instrumentation .i too love this course.
yes
applied means that the course is more hands-on, more lab involvement.

Career after completing electronics and instrumentation engineering
Electrical-Electronics: 1.Electronics came out of electricals 2.Electricals: base & Electronics: Speciality Electronics-Instrumentation: Specialities based on Electrical Electronics i a part of physical study of electrons emission. Instrumentation is a fiels of specialty related to monitor, calibrate electronics components.
aei's are applied electronics and instrumentation engineers these are related to instrumentation field. the main purpose is to in measurement and controlling

east or west mech is best. applied electr and instr stands nowhere.
what is the recent technology in the field of electronics and instrumentation? what is the recent technology in the field of electronics and instrumentation?
mechanical is no doubt an evergreen branch as it is a core branch.companies may be big or small but its scope is always there applied electronics and instrumentation is a mixed branch core+software. u can get jobs in govt as well as in private sector .its demand is rising but again your college must call electrical based companies. so both r very good branch i t depends on u what to study.
