often a meditation will assist in your endeavor of a good nights sleep a very good one can be found on iTunes in the podcast section it is by a station called "meditation station" and is called "ZZZZZZZZZZZ..." but it only works if you relax and follow the instructions if not you sit and laugh at it (trust me) but when it works it works beautifully and you get a VERY good nights sleep also very useful for insomniacs
