In the heart, there is a piece of muscle that seperates the heart's right side from its left side called the septum, which seperates oxygen-poor blood from mixing with oxygen-rich blood. Some babies are born with a hole in the septum, which would be unhealthy, because we throw away every bit of carbon dioxide in us and try to get as much oxygen as we can. That's why we exercise!

Your Septum is your nose but in the middle. like a bull ring for example bulls have there septum pierced in Cartoons and stuff.
