Nothing but the truth takes place in Harrison New Hamshire at Harrison High School where ninth grader Philip Malloy goes to school. i think the time period is somewhere around the 1990's. it never specifically said what year in the book, but my teacher said that it was probably around the 1990's. hope this helps!
