Men do typically just wear boxers or boxer briefs maybe with a T-shirt to bed, but this is not required. You can also just sleep nude or in pajama's. Its up to you. Or you can just wear shorts to bed

For men from 18-30, t-shirts/casual dress shirts with jeans are quite popular. For nightclubs, a possibility for men would be a nice dress shirt + vest + jeans or trousers
