You can press F5 to start the presentation from the beginning, or Shift+F5 to start the presentation from the slide you are currently on.
The shortcut key for the purpose is F5. It is used to start the slide show in PowerPoint.

The keyboard shortcut notation ctrl plus esc means you press the Control key concurrently with the Escape key. On a Windows PC, the Ctrl + Esc shortcut produces the Start Menu.
