There a two types of bipolar transistors
PNP and NPN .
This refers to the doping elements used in the silicon components of this 3 layer device with base always in the middle.
The arrow is the emitter wire and shows direction of conventional current flow(pos to neg)
NPN transistors (generally used in negative earth circuits) have the arrow pointing away from the base connection
PNP transistors ( generally used in circuits with positive earth) have the arrow pointing towards the base connection.
The symbols in the unijunction transistor show its internal configuration. The emitter (arrow) represents the polarity. When it points in that is a P type transistor. Pointing out is an N type. The the table on its side the table top touching the emitter (arrow). Its' "legs" are the connection to two bases in the device. It does not have a collector. Refer to another Wiki answer for more info.
The emitter
it indicates the direction of flow of emitter current
Cupid's symbol is the arrow
A bow and arrow.
Arrow
Her symbols include golden apples, wind, bow and arrow, and a spear
The length of the arrow signifies the magnitude or size of the vector.
The significance of symbols in the love songs of pro frock is to point out the theme of the song.
a silver bow and arrow, the lyre and the golden chariot
To indicate direction of flow of the substance being carried and distributed by that emitter. For example, plumbing parts often indicate direction of flow of the water or gas so that the parts function properly.
