Drawing is also used for communication, an example would be writing a letter, yes the alphabet is a form of drawing , putting instrument to paper could be concidered drawing, although we call it writing to discern it from drawing, things other than letters and numbers, again during comunication. Drawing is more widely used as a form of expression, a way to take ideas , and thoughts, and putting into reality, that is to see , other than in our minds.
