You mean the number or size or mass? For number of atoms present in a substance we have to follow Avogadro's rule. If you take 12 g of carbon substance, then there you will have 6.023 x 1023 atoms in it. Same way, as you take nearly some 71 g of chlorine gas, there, we will have 6.023 x 1023 number of chlorine molecules in it. If you have 238 g of Uranium-238 isotope, then same number 6.023 x 1023 of Uranium atoms are obtained. Now about the size of the atom.
