Yes, any engine can be turbocharged, building your own is complex, I would try and find a kit avail. for your yr/make/model/engine.
It cools the air so more will fit in the engine. More air means more fuel can be burnt to make more power.
no, a brick slide down on the slope of concrete the slowest
The engine size is NOT related to the speed. Speed depends on the make and type of engine, it's gearing, and on how well it is tuned
Because it IS concidered a shark.....wouldn't that make the WHALE SHARK the slowest swimmer sharks?

Any engine can be turbocharged. 2.4Ltr engines workvery well with a T4/t3 turbo. If the engine doesn't have forged piston and/or high compression boost should be limited t< 8psi on 91+octane. Proper air/fuel ratio and ignition timing are crucial to engine durability.
No, on a fuel injected engine it can cause high idle speed.
Yoer engine will not provide a regular speed you will start smoking and you car will make a weird sound
make a fire
Go with a 3rd gen 3sgte. Turbocharged 245 stock hp 2.0L With nothing more than a front mount intercooler and a boost controller you can easily make 300+whp
Any engine can be turbocharged, find a kit or parts that are available for year/make/model and engine. If there is nothing for your model, there still might be some kits available for the same engine but in a different model. You might have to modify some parts to make it fit. You can also build a setup your self. There are plenty of DYI turbo site, turbo forums with people that have done it before.
