The epiglottis
Your food goes down your "esophagus" (food tube) and not your "trachea" (breathing tube) because when you eat you do not breathe.Try it.See?You can never breathe when you eat because on top of your trachea is a little flap called the "epiglottis" (flap). When you can't breathe or when you eat the "epiglottis" (flap) closes so that way the food can't get down the "trachea" (breathing tube).
the flap is located at the top of the plane
Yes, remarkable device
There is a flap at the top of the balloon :)
The name of the structure at the top of the esophagus is the "epiglottis". This structure is very important in protecting the vocal cords, trachea, and the lungs. It does this by covering the opening to the vocal cords and making an airtight seal. It also holds air in our lungs so we can form a cough, and produce extra pressure in our lungs, called "peep" (positive end expiratory pressure). So, it is actually a very important organ.

bottom of the can
You wouldn't, but if you had to it would be the top of it.
In the fetal pig, the esophageal opening is located dorsal to the glottis. The esophagus lies to the top of the stomach, in close proximity to the diaphragm.
take any kind of paper. then cut it into a cross like shape. make sure it looks like a "T"- the bottom is longer than the top. have the "T" facing you upright. fold the top square down. crease it then put it back up. do the same with the two corners. then on the long piece, split it up. half way in, fold and crease. then fold the rest into the middle. unfold everything. now put up the top flap and the left flap so they are touching. tape. then tape the right flap to that. then tape the CLOSEST flap to that. [[since you made the bottom flap 2 flaps tape the one on top]] you should have a open box shape thing now. for your finale step tape the only flap left on top and then you should have a cube! good luck!I hope it works!!
