Marine Corps is a Headstrong proud branch that only accepts intelligent people who meet certain Mental and Physical requirements with squeaky clean background checks. Marines are the First to Go if something happens and usually the last to leave. Marine Corps also the smallest branch and has the smallest budget, so all the equipment is usually extremely outdated vs. what is available to the other branches. This also feeds in to the Ego " Do More with Less / SEMPER Gumby always flexible / Improvise, adapt, overcome" They Will put you through hell Physically Mentally emotionally and Treat you like Family. It takes longer to pick up rank in the Marine corps than any other branch.

Army is more or less the same. They have similar requirements (Lower) as the Marine corps but they also have Waivers to get around any requirement. Unlike the Navy and Marine Corps, Orders and Rules are more a guideline than set in stone. They are the largest branch, and have a very large budget, They have a lot of really smart people that are in charge of a lot of really dumb people. They are not as tight on their restrictions as the Marine corps or Navy or Air force. They will bribe you with the enlistment bonuses to join which you will not get all up front but is still nice. They offer very similar training to the Marine corps, and a lot of pride for those who go above and beyond (Airborne / Rangers / Delta) They usually have the coolest gear and most up to date equipment. They However are the sustainment crew, deployments are a minimum of a year which would impact your ability to be with your dependants. Plus your first enlistment you will be surrounded by stupid people and automatically associated with them.

Navy is well, the Navy. You will most likely be on a Ship. The Ship is your home as long as you are stationed there. That means you will most likely be separated from your family the majority of the time. You will receive great training as well as several snazzy uniforms and get to see the world. But you will ultimately suffer from lack of family time. Expect living in very close quarters. They are probably the second Safest choice with the least amount of casualties.

Air Force (Chair Force) Well They have been known for the Easiest physical requirements and the strictest mental requirements. However The Physical requirements now resemble that of the Army. The environment is more like a regular office environment opposed to a Military (Hard Corp) environment. They will offer great technical training, and have the least impact on family life. They are the Hardest branch to get in to because so many people want to be Air Force. They are probably the Safest choice with the least amount of casualties. They do have the highest number of educated members. Most Air Force deployments are 6 months /180 Days.

Most of the Differences in the Branches are marginal. Each branch is a good choice for someone. No matter what branch you choose remember to stay grounded, be responsible, and keep your head screwed on straight it can be a huge benefit to you as a person.
