ChaCha had to stop using Verizon because the company blocked the service.
Verizon.
It is possible for one to contact Verizon using the telephone number 1-800-VERIZON, or 1-800-837-4966 if you do not have an alphanumeric keypad on your telephone.
You may not have support from Verizon for any issues that come up. You should deal with an authorized retailer.
You should first verify if Verizon is in your range and area and also if all the phones that you will be using in your small business are compatible with Verizon.
The answer is Yes and No. The phones use CDMA technology (as opposed to AT&T and T-Mobile which use GSM), so in THEORY you would be able to activate a Helio device on the Verizon Network. All Helio devices natively use the Sprint Network for primary transit, and will resort to using Verizon's network when roaming. So, for your bottom line answer: No. You cannot use a Helio device with Verizon Wireless... (Yet. Hopefully that will change soon.)
Metro PCs is able to "flash" phones from other carriers for use with their service under certain conditions. The phones must be CDMA, meaning they do not use a SIM Card (Major CDMA carriers include Sprint, Verizon, Qwest, Cricket, Alltel). You will not be able to access all features of the service when using a flashed phone, these phones are good for calls and texting only. The phone does not be unlocked to be flashed.
When using Verizon webmail, one can check their verizon email from any computer that has access to the internet, and can also link nine other email addresses to their Verizon email.
Fingernails do not work on capacitive touch screens. These are found on most newer touch screen phones, including iPhones, HTC, Sony Ericssons runnning android etc. Capacitive screens ue the electrical conductivenes of the human body to work. Resistive screens can be used using fingernails, but are not used in phones anymore.
Wireless internet phones allow people to make calls using the internet. One of the largest manufacturers of wireless internet phones is Verizon, which supplies consumers and businesses. BroadVoice and Net2Phone are other examples of internet phones.
New Verizon phones have an interesting and useful new feature - they can back up both contacts and photos. This is now possible with Verizon's backup assistant tool. This can be found via the media center, and it is absolutely a requirement for anyone interested in preserving personal data. An account will need to be created on Verizon's backup website, but after accessing the web site online via your phone, you will be able to safely and securely save any photos or contacts. This can easily save you a large amount of time if you ever lose your phone!
I do know that the Verizon Storm2 takes a sim card because I'm presently using the sim card from T-Mobile. I've used my sim card in an AT & T phone with no issues making or receving calls. You can receive MMS but not send it. But the MMS and internet are a hassle that need diferent settings.
