Buenos dìas bebe Te quiero tanto.
Buen día / buenos días, cariño (for a man and a womam)Never say: "Buenos días, cariña".
Good Morning
if you mean baby as a term of endearment, for say, a significant other, i don't think there is a literal equivalent in spanish. calling someone "bebé" sounds kinda weird to me. more commonly i think people will say something like "mi amor" my love, literally. but then again, things vary from region to region. anyway, i would say buenos días, mi amor.
It means "Good morning darling". Literally, "cielo" means "sky" or "Heaven", but is aften used as a term of endearment, loosely translated as "darling", "dear", "baby", or various others depending on mood and context.

Buenos días novio
"Buenos días" means "good morning" in Spanish. "Te quiero también" means "I love you too." So, "Buenos días Te quiero también" translates to "Good morning, I love you too."
Buenos días mi amor
