I used a 12 inch crescent wrench and a 13mm wrench on the water pump pulley bolts. if it wont budge, tap the fan clutch nut with a hammer, sometimes they are hard to get off

is a special tool needed
You need a special tool to remove and replace the clutch. Your local auto parts store can sell or maybe rent you the tool.
You need a clutch puller tool(Special tool)! As well as good luck, Some are very difficult to impossible.
The clutch does come off but not without special tools. You will need a special tool to pull and install the front disc. The air gap is adjusted as you install the front disc, .015 to .020 if memory serves me right.
This is a BIG job and beyond the back yard mechanic's knowhow and special tool inventory. Take it to a garage.
Is there a special tool that is needed to remove and replace the brake shoes?
Nothing special. Normal mechanics tools.
When you don't have the needed remover tool, it's a mechanic's job; it's inexpensive because only the assy belt has to be removed, the clutch pulled and then reasambled with a new part.
You must have the special needed tool to reset the oil indicator light.
Common mechanic's handtools. No special tool is needed.
No special tool. half inch socket and a 13mm. if you have a C-clamp or something to push the calibar back that's all ya need.
